Hello ,

I have pretty basic set up , we have a selling print site that sends data vka web hook , i have gotten to the end but i cant get an invoice made

i actually fixed the issue , but then ran in to another . Our web store sends the data has two line items .  The invoice in quick books duplicates 1 item and also provides no product description , i think the issue is in the find product step because i cant get a product id . I have attached the in and out steps and what comes in quick books.

To fix the current problem with duplicate items and missing product descriptions in your QuickBooks integration, review the data coming from your web store to ensure it's clean and distinct. Double-check your “Find Product” step to ensure product names or SKUs match what’s in QuickBooks, and verify that Product IDs and descriptions are correctly mapped when creating the invoice. Use sample data to test the Zap and review your Zap history to spot where things might be going wrong. If issues persist, feel free to share more details. We’re here to help.
