Keep getting error The app returned "Invalid Reference Id : Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef".

i actually fixed the issue , but then ran in to another . Our web store sends the data has two line items .  The invoice in quick books duplicates 1 item and also provides no product description , i think the issue is in the find product step because i cant get a product id . I have attached the in and out steps and what comes in quick books.
