Hi @Jasmin95,
Welcome to the Community.
If you're having trouble connecting Kahunas to Zapier, ensure you accept any permission popups that appear during authentication, as these are crucial for granting access. Verify that your Kahunas account has the necessary permissions, such as admin or specific access rights, to enable the integration. Check your browser settings to ensure popups and third-party cookies aren't blocked, and temporarily turn off any ad blockers or privacy extensions that might interfere with the connection. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve authentication issues, and if problems persist, trying a different browser or an incognito window may provide a workaround. Additionally, confirm that Zapier and Kahunas services are operational and not undergoing outages or maintenance. If you need further guidance, consult the help documentation from Kahunas platforms, which can provide more detailed troubleshooting steps. Following these recommendations should help resolve the connection issue effectively.
I hope this helps you set up your workflow successfully. Feel free to ask if you have further questions or need additional support.
Hey there, @Jasmin95
Just came across this and saw you also reached out to our Support team about that error. It looks like the Kahunas plan you were on didn’t include the Zapier extension, which is required to use their app on Zapier. I’ll share the reply from the Support team here in case it’s helpful for others running into a similar issue:
I’ll go ahead and mark this as the best answer for now, since this seems to have been the root cause of the error. If purchasing the Zapier extension from Kahunas didn’t resolve things, please do let us know.
In the meantime, happy Zapping!
