I am trying to link a jotform to ship station but keep getting this error.The app returned "The request is invalid.".

I have checked the required fields and all are linked and tried to remove as much as possible. Any ideas of how to troubleshoot/fix

Please provide some screenshots to be able to help you. 

 

usually this type of error happens when you pass a wrong value to one of the fields. For example, a field is expecting an ID but you pass a Name instead.
