My Jotform runs VERY slow and my customers are complaining. When they check a box, it takes a long time for it to highlight. It’s just very slow to react and it is frustrating.
I have over 200 products, but I do not take payments. My customers complete their order, and it integrates the order to Quickbooks.
Any suggestions on how to speed up the form?

I’m sorry to hear that. Is the slowness due to the time it’s taking the Jotform form to load the 200 products for your customers to select? Or is the issue more that when your customers fill out the form the Zap is slow to trigger and add the order into Quickbooks?
Any screenshots or further details you could share here to help give us a bit more context on the issue would be super appreciated. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
