Jotform Filter option

Hello, 

I am trying to send filtered information from Jotform to Klaviyo. 

I have everything connected. 

The filter is based on an answer, yes or no. 

When I test, the filter option doesn’t show that specific question, only “answers” - so I can’t select the question/answer as an option. I’m sure I’m missing something. Can anyone help?

For us to have more info about what you are referring to post screenshots showing the DATA OUT from Jotform that you are trying to use in the Filter step.

Hi ​@megsies00, just checking in! Were you able to to get this sorted?

If not, can you share some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can take a closer look? Make sure to blur/remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) first, using a tool like Zappy.

Keen to ensure this gets sorted, so let us know how it’s going with that Filter! 🙂
