Jotform connection issue when want to set up this as a trigger: This auth is expired.

I am trying to connect to Joltform, and I get what is seen below in the screen shot I have taken. I am not sure if its zapier side, or Joltform. Please help!

Welcome to the community. Before we dive deeper into this issue, have you checked the Jotform settings for the authentication section? You can reconnect it on your Jotform account and try logging back in. If the problem persists, you can contact Jotform support since they manage the app.

I restart everything from my end. Can you please check if there is a possibilities that problem is on the Zappier end.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Do you have an "enterprise/branded/company" domain with Jotform — something like company.jotform.com ? Those kind of accounts are not able to use JotForm's Zapier integration. If you have an enterprise/branded/company domain, you will need to use the Jotform Enterprise version: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform-enterprise/integrations
