I have used Join by Text to Flodesk multiple times to create a new subscriber or update one in a new segment. 
It has worked in the past, but right now it is not. The Join by text function is working. It appears that subscribers are randomly and only occasionally added to the Flodesk segment and the emails occasionally send, often with a delay.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity/errors and timestamps to help you troubleshoot.

If there are issues with your Zap trigger step, then you may need to try reaching out to Join by Text Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Were you since able to get to the bottom of what was causing some subscribers to not be added to the desired segment in Flodesk and what was preventing the emails from being sent? If so, we’d love to hear of any solutions or workarounds you implemented!

And if not, we’d be happy to help further if you’re still stuck. In which case, can you please share some screenshots of the setup of the FloDesk action’s current set up as well as screenshots showing a couple of recent examples from the Zap history for a run of the Zap that did and didn’t work as expected. Please remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from any screenshots before sharing. That’ll help to give us a bit more context on what might be causing the issues here.
