Does Zapier only work from here on out if we start using a Business Whatsapp? That simply isn’t an option..
Not as far as I’m aware. The current requirements for using the WhatsApp Notifications app are listed here and they don’t reference needing Business WhatsApp.
That said, I see you also posted a message in the other topic as you reached out to the Support team and they identified that you were running into a bug.
So I’ve added @alitb to the list of folks being impacted by the bug as well. We can’t give any ETA on when it will be fixed but we’ll be in touch by email as soon as it’s been resolved.
