issues with whatsapp

Hi. I have a ZAP that sends me a whatsapp for every new lead and it suddenly stopped working. I changed the template and that fixed the problem for a few records, and then it stopped again. The record shows the message as “SENT”, but I’m not getting in whatsapp.

What might cause this?

I followed the steps suggested but it doesn’t fix the issue long term. For example, replying “interested” will work for a few records but then stop working. Manually opting in daily isn’t sustainable...
