Issues with simple Email Attachment parsing

Hi all 

I am having a very troubling time performing a very simple action within Zapier which is to take a email that is sent into an inbox and extract from this the email attachment and use this email attachment to pass into a process plan process as a file.

this should be very straight forward however no email attachment is passed through into process plan, In Zapier I can see the email attachment in the list of fields however when I map those fields to a process plan input nothing is actually attached to the process plan when it is run

I would appreciate other people's experience with this very simple action of having an email with an attachment and being able to use that attachment in other zaps

Thank you as this is preventing me from getting any positive outcomes from using zaps

In order for us to have more context, we will need to see screenshots with how your steps are outlined and configured along with the data out for the email that shows the attachment fields.

You may want to try using this Zap trigger: Gmail - New Attachment

 

Hi There, we do not use Gmail and want to using the Zapier Mail functionality.
