Hi all,

I am working on a zap between my Woocommerce and my Monday.

While creating my zap, my trigger is a new order is received on Woocommerce. Then my trigger is to create an item on my Monday. I have all woking fine.

The issue is about the subitems : I have the subitem name and the quantity but the 2 informations are going on the same Monday column “subitem” instead of matching the fiels : item name → Subitem ID / quantity → quantity.

I have tried several Formatter by Zappier and Looping by Zapier but still doesn’t work … Can anybody help me please ?

Many thanks !

Hi @SMARTCLIC

For us to have more context, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

@SMARTCLIC

Try adding this Zap action: Monday - Create Subitem

Hi Troy,

I have tried “update subitem” but it only works for one item and not all items

I have also tried to “create subitem” but it doesn’t offer to map the subitem columns.

Many thanks,

Julia

Hi @SMARTCLIC

The original recommendation was to use Create Subitem rather than Update Subitem.

Do not add the Subitems in the Create Item step.

Instead add N steps for each Create Subitem.
