I’ve built my company website on Wix, and I’m trying to use Zapier to automatically send form submissions from my Wix booking form to a connected Google Sheet.
I’ve set up the Zap as follows:
Wix form submission as the trigger
Google Sheets as the action to add a new row with the submitted data
However, when I test the form by submitting entries on the website, the Google Sheet only receives empty rows — no actual data from the form is being transferred.
How do I fix this?

Could you please send screenshots for more details? Kindly include the Configuration tab for each block you used, and don’t forget to blur any sensitive data.

Seems like the issue is with the mapping of data in Google sheet, make sure you have set up the headers in GoogleSheet in the top row so they show up in zapier properly and the correct Googlesheet and tab(e.g sheet1) is selected in zapier.
Also map each data to relevant column properly.
