Issue with Special Norwegian Characters in Integration Workflow

Hello,

 

I am encountering an issue with the special Norwegian characters Æ, Ø, and Å in our workflow. When we send data containing these characters to Zapier, the characters are correctly received and processed. However, a problem arises when this data is pushed from Zapier to other platforms like Slack and email. Instead of the correct Norwegian characters, we get incorrect characters such as "Ã¥".


Any tips or trick to fix this?

Good question.

You could configure a Formatter > Text > Replace to find/replace these characters.

A Code step would be more robust to do the find/replace of characters.
