I created an internal form for my company to track reworks, and the responses should be transmitted to a Google Sheet, where I mapped each piece of data to its specific column in Zapier during the setup. It worked for almost a year, but suddenly stopped working, and I've tried everything. I even reconnected the Gravity Forms account to Zapier, creating a new API key, but I couldn't resolve the issue. In the test environment, everything works, but once published, it doesn’t function.

Yes I have Gravity Forms Pro+ plan, the zap is active and I don’t have errors

In such cases, it's recommended that you open a support ticket directly with Gravity Forms. There could be a number of reasons why the form isn't triggering the Zap, such as:

  • There might be conditional logic configured on the Zapier Feed that is preventing the submission.
  • It's possible that you do not have a Zapier Feed for the specific form in question has stopped working. 

You can contact the owner of your account to open a support ticket, or you can directly reach out to Gravity Forms at https://www.gravityforms.com/open-support-ticket/. They should be able to assist you with troubleshooting the issue further.
