Issue with adjusting UTC timestamp from Slack post

I want to add 9 hours to the timestamp that zapier is reading from slack post because it is transferring in UTC.

I tried Ts Time+9h, Ts Time+ZZ09:00 but does not work.

Before we dive deeper, have you tried using the Date / Time in Formatter by Zapier - Add/Subtract Time function? Here’s what it looks like:
