Hey @David Cox.
Yeah it would be better if you share the configuration for Data In and Data Out as well as Zap history. Did you try checking the Odoo step to see if anything changed there? Also maybe it was the incoming data that was causing a edge case scenario. You may wanna look into these to check if it fixes your issue.

Hey David,
Paul here from Zapier support, happy to help!
I took a look in our logs and found this error message “a partner cannot follow twice the same object
” which indicates that the Odoo CRM step is trying to create or update a lead with a partner that is already associated with the same object, likely due to duplicate entries.
This is a known Odoo behavior, and there’s a helpful community post that outlines steps to resolve it: Odoo Community Forum – Duplicate Follow Error
From what I understand, the solution typically involves adjusting the duplicate rules or modifying how followers are handled in your Odoo CRM. One common workaround is to allow the duplicate to be created, and then Odoo will automatically clean up the duplicates by removing the extra follow entries.
Could you try following the steps in that post and let me know if it helps resolve the issue in your live Zap?
