Hi Zapier Community,
I'm experiencing an issue while trying to connect KW Command to Zapier. When attempting to sign in through Zapier, I receive the following error message:
"Field 'id' expected a number but got ['undefined', 'undefined']."

Steps I’ve Taken:
- Tried signing in to KW Command through Zapier.
- Ensured popups were not blocked and clicked "Allow" where applicable.
- Checked KW Command > Applications, but Zapier is not listed.
- Clicked "Connect More Apps", which redirected me to KW Marketplace, but Zapier was not available.
- Contacted KW Tech Support, and they confirmed that everything is set up correctly on their end. They advised me to reach out to Zapier for further troubleshooting.
- Checked the authentication request URL in the browser, which includes:
The fact thatzapier_account_id=9237373&_zapier_auth_id=undefined&_zapier_auth_id=undefined
_zapier_auth_id
is undefined suggests an issue with how authentication tokens are being retrieved.
Questions:
- Has anyone else experienced this issue when connecting KW Command to Zapier?
- Could this be a problem with Zapier’s authentication handling for KW Command?
- Is there a workaround or an alternative way to integrate KW Command with Zapier?
Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
