Issue Connecting KW Command to Zapier – "Field 'id' expected a number but got ['undefined', 'undefined'].

Hi Zapier Community,

I'm experiencing an issue while trying to connect KW Command to Zapier. When attempting to sign in through Zapier, I receive the following error message:

"Field 'id' expected a number but got ['undefined', 'undefined']."

Error Message

Steps I’ve Taken:

  1. Tried signing in to KW Command through Zapier.
  2. Ensured popups were not blocked and clicked "Allow" where applicable.
  3. Checked KW Command > Applications, but Zapier is not listed.
  4. Clicked "Connect More Apps", which redirected me to KW Marketplace, but Zapier was not available.
  5. Contacted KW Tech Support, and they confirmed that everything is set up correctly on their end. They advised me to reach out to Zapier for further troubleshooting.
  6. Checked the authentication request URL in the browser, which includes:

    zapier_account_id=9237373&_zapier_auth_id=undefined&_zapier_auth_id=undefined

The fact that _zapier_auth_id is undefined suggests an issue with how authentication tokens are being retrieved.

Questions:

  • Has anyone else experienced this issue when connecting KW Command to Zapier?
  • Could this be a problem with Zapier’s authentication handling for KW Command?
  • Is there a workaround or an alternative way to integrate KW Command with Zapier?

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Fix_MMT
