Invalid user error in Zapier when inviting users to Slack channel from form completion outside the workspace

Hey guys,


I’m trying to invite users to a slack channel via zapier.
But it’s popping with an error saying “Invalid user”

 

They aren’t part of the workspace as this is going off a form completion. How can I invite them to the channel effectively

and not reflect this error?
