Hello I am trying to connect Mindee to a Zap.

The connection requests that I put the Mindee API key and I do that but getting the following error even though I put in the API key and allow pop ups.  I did this both in Chrome and Safari on MacOS

authentication failed: The app returned "Invalid token provided".

Hi @KireMex, welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some checking and couldn’t find any known errors or bugs for the Mindee OCR app on Zapier. So I’m wondering of there might be an issue with the API key itself. 🤔

Can you try creating another API Key in Mindee and see if you’re able to connect with that instead? Be sure to copy and paste the API key directly from Mindee to eliminate the risk of any typos which might cause authentication to fail.

Keep us posted on how that goes. Want to make sure we get this sorted! 🙂
