Hi,
So I tried a different project and ended up getting a successful trigger! Thank you for your help on that :-)

However, I am now encountering an error on the Intercom side:

I did some searching and saw that it’s trying to map the user who submits the ticket from Usersnap to a user in Intercom. Is that correct? Is there a way where that isn’t required?
