Integrating OfficeRnD and PipeDrive - create company/organzation
Hello Zapier Community,
I am trying to create a zap that once a company is created is Office RnD, it will automatically create a company/organization in PipeDrive.
To this effect, I am using different accounts to connect to both, which return successful tests.
But still, not working.
Can anyone help with this question?
Thanks in advance and kind regards

Hello Troy,
Thanks for following up on my request.
There are been changes to the output, so I would say my question has also changed: it is working (after some time) but not with the expected outcome. I am still using different accounts - 1 for Office RnD, and another for PipeDrive.
In short, we are not receiving the details entered in Office RnD. They are introduced into PipeDrive with company designation as “Create Company” - as if it were the event name.
Here’s the result on PipeDrive:
Attached are the Zaps.
Could you please walk me through the needed steps to correctly configure a Zap that injects the correct information on PipeDrive as it was entered into Office RnD?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like you have a static value of “Create Organization” set for the Name field when creating the Organization.
You need to use the field [+] button to map a variable from a previous Zap step to make the field input value dynamic.
After going through the info, can I assume I should use Step 2. Create Organization in PipeDrive and edit the field Name by selecting an actual record is was able to get from Step 1?
In other words, use a record the test returned from Step 1 to map it to Step 2?
This was somewhat confusing to me because I am using an actual value obtained from Step 1 and not something like dynamic input every time Step 1 is run.
Thanks
