Please do let us know if you’re still in need of some help on this one we’re happy to assist further! 🤗

I have the same issue with “Facebook conversions for business admins”. (This is the first time I’m trying to use it.)

Hi @akater,

This is a known issue with the Facebook Conversion for Business Admins. We are still contacting Meta to formulate an update to fix this recurring issue. Rest assured that we will update this thread if an update is available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

I am having the same issue, can you tell me what we can do while you fix the issue?

Hi @StudioMartinaFlor,

We don’t have an update from Meta yet, as they are still fixing the issue with authentication with their API. There is no current workaround that was addressed. We will keep this thread up to date once an update is available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
