Hi, I’ve been running a zap connecting an rss feed of my site yelmair.com to Instagram for posting new content. This worked fine until two weeks ago. Then it stopped.
Now that I want to set up a new automation, I see that Instagram accounts are not loaded into the zap compontent. This is the error message when I want to select my Instagram account (and what I think is relevant):
No options are available.
Some reasons this could be happening:
Confirm if you connected the right account. (I am)
Confirm that there is data in the partner app. (I don’t know what ‘there is data’ means)
Confirm that you have permission to the data in the partner app. (I have)
There was an issue retrieving data from the partner app. Please try again later. (‘later’ is not an option when it’s already 2 weeks).
I know for sure my Instagram account is connected so I don’t know what to do.
