Hey all! Chatbase is listed on several Zapier pages with instructions. Chatbase is also part of several pre-made Zaps...but when I try to create a new Chatbase zap, it tries to force me into “Chatgen” which is a different app.
The end result I am looking for is “Lead is entered into Chatbase, creates new contact in ActiveCampaign, then tags that contact.”
AND YES I have already integrated Chatbase with Zapier using the Chatbase Secret Key! HELP!

I see Chatbase zaps and did integrate it but Zapier not recognizing Chatbase when creating Zap.

That’s weird. Can you give us more details about how to recreate that? What page are you on, what are you clicking, etc. Screenshots can help, too
What happens if you just create a brand new zap and enter Chatbase as the action?
