I cant add bitrix24 account

Hi, I facing a problem that I cant connect to Bitrix24 account through Zapier. I try follow the step that I have to paste a Bitrix24 url and it showed only this

with no contact added. Is there other way that I can add the contact or I missing something. Thank you!

You need a trial or paid Bitrix24 CRM plan to use Bitrix24 CRM with Zapier.

There aren't any specific Bitrix24 CRM account permissions to connect Bitrix24 CRM to Zapier. All cloud users with commercial subscriptions and on-premise users with an active maintenance subscription can use the integration. Only admins can install the Zapier app in Bitrix24 CRM.
