I can't use Basecamp Next with existing Basecamp Account, but I already have Basecamp 2

When I tried to connect to my Basecamp account, Zapier replied with the following error:

“You can’t use Basecamp Next with your existing Basecamp accounts. This app only works with Basecamp 2.”

However, I am using Basecamp 2.3.14, the latest version.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
