I have never had difficulty logging into our Zapier account before but now it’s giving me this error and I need to do something before Monday morning. Please help.

I have to make a new account just to post this message. Why does your “forgot password” process not work. I have tried to reset my password multiple times using my email that I manage the account with. However, your system never sends the password reset email. I have now read this in other posts. It would be nice if you respond to your “get help” forms or just fix the reset password process. 

 

Please help me. I can’t get in my main account now and you literally make it impossible to get support without logging in. Well, how am I going to do that when your password reset doesn’t work? 

 

Would really appreciate some help. It’s getting old.
