Hubspot to MailChimp 1 custom field mapping not available

Question

Hi. I set up a Hubspot to Mailchimp Zap. When a new contact is added to a Hubspot list, I want that contact and several additional custom fields to get “zapped” over to a Mailchimp audience.

I was able to map all the fields: standard and custom except one custom field: RM First Visit. I can see it as an additional property to retrieve (see image below...

But I can’t seem to map to it once I get to the MailChimp field mapping step of the Zap (see image below).

You can see that I was able to pull in the other custom fields (e.g. RM Most Recent Visit). Any thoughts you have would be appreciated!

Hi ​@SitadogThe HubSpot custom property may have a different internal name, which you can see when selecting additional properties to retrieve.Make sure you are using a HubSpot Contact that has a value populated for the custom property.Also, try searching by the field value.e.g. You could search for “First Name” or you could search for “Darrel” and both would narrow the list of variables to include the same variable to select.
