I was testing a trigger for Hubspot to Airtable, and testing it used up many tasks. There are several pages of the same task all triggered at the same time. Is there an explanation for this? And how to I prevent this issue from occurring in the future?

From the screenshot we can’t tell what the Zap trigger step is from HubSpot.
When Zaps are turned ON, Tasks will be used for successful action steps in Zap Runs.
You can check the Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
This is just one of the tasks done within the history tab. The zap was never turned on. We were just testing the Zap. It seems like when I tested it once, it used up a large portion of tasks over and over?

The Zap had to be turned ON for there to be data in the Zap Runs.
