I’m trying to create a Zap that filters leads from HubSpot by Contact Owner and adds them to SalesHandy.

All the leads in HubSpot have a Contact Owner assigned, but in Zapier, the Contact Owner field is appearing as blank for every contact.

Could you advise on how to resolve this issue?

I’ve attached screenshots below for reference.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try reconnecting your HubSpot account. After that, please head back to the trigger step and click on the “Find new records” button again to see if it’ll return the “Contact Owner” data.

I’ve just reconnected the Hubspot account and clicked on “Find New Records” again but contact owner is still showing as blank. I’ve reconfirmed in Hubspot that this contact does also have a contact owner.

Could you please send a screenshot of the Contact Owner field in your HubSpot app? This will help me investigate the issue further.

I’m so sorry, but I have exhausted my resources regarding the issue that you’re running into. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team to take a closer look at this one since they have the correct tools to look closer at the Zap and its logs.
