Hubspot Call Objects don't have the "Outcome" Property?

Hi team 👋

I’m trying to build an automation that logs all Hubspot calls into a Google Sheet. However, I can’t seem to be able to access the outcome property which I’d normally be able to get in a csv export.

Feels like quite an important property so just wondering if I’m missing something here?

Logged call in Hubspot with the Outcome

Hi @earlywork_team

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • which HubSpot Zap trigger/action you are using
  • how your HubSpot Zap step is configured

TIP: Make sure to select Additional Properties to Retrieve.

Hey @Troy Tessalone! Thanks for jumping in

Currently using the “New Engagement” trigger in Hubspot with the “Call” type. And there doesn’t seem to be an option to retrieve additional properties

@earlywork_team

You may have to explore using the HubSpot API to “Find Engagement” to see if that returns the desired data point.

Zap action: HubSpot - API Request

OR

Zap action: HubSpot - Custom Action

Hi there, @earlywork_team 👋

Just came across this wanted to check how you got on with Troy’s suggestions. Were you able to find the missing info using a Find Engagement, API Request or Custom action?

Let us know how it’s going, want to make sure you’re all set! 🙂
