Just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on—were you since able to get this sorted?

If so, would you be up for sharing what the solution was? This could really help out others that might be having a similar issue. 

If not, is the issue that the Facebook Lead Ads trigger is not loading the page you need so it’s unable to find the right test record? Or, is it more that the Zap switched on but failing to trigger when you do a live test? If it’s either of those I’d recommend taking a look at these guides to see how to solve those types of issues:

Alternatively, if it’s an issue with testing on the Freshsales action, can you confirm whether you’re using Freshsales Classic or Freshsales Suite version? Also, are you seeing any errors when testing that action? If you are can you share a screenshot showing the full error message. That’ll help to give us a bit more context on what might be going wrong. Please blur/remove any personal information (names, emails etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
