We have created a flow to send the OPT IN WhatsApp template from Superchat to our Zoho CRM new leads by transfer the new lead to the new contact in Superchat.

However, I am getting some troubleshooting to activate the Zapier integration from Zoho CRM to Superchat for the purpose of sending the OPT IN WhatsApp template to all new contacts.

The flow is working well till the step of creating new contact within Superchat but troubleshooting to send the first Template.

It is strange because last time I used the same Zapier Flow and it worked fine.

I would like to ask if any could let us know where the possible issue is.

Pretty sure I checked the new whatsapp number and template name.

Thanks in advance. Regards,

Hi @Piers Lloyd

Help us have more info about the encountered error by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Thank you for your support.

I would say it is straight forward configure but let me know if I made it wrong.

I have tried to use different types of variable as I can but the testing is all failed.

Hi @Troy Tessalone ,

Thanks for your support.

I send the image below. I have tried multiple ways to make the test success by changing the phone Number or Contact ID which taking from Zoho Leads or Superchat contact but does not work

Hi there, @Piers Lloyd 👋

Were you able to get this sorted? If so would you be up for sharing what the solution was? This could be super helpful to others running into the same issue. 🙏

If, not and you’re still seeing those “Invalid parameter” errors I wonder if it could be the ID that’s been mapped to the Header File ID field. 🤔 It looks like the ID is coming from a Create Contact Superchat action, so my guess is that it might be an ID for a contact instead of an ID for the relevant header file. Do you think that could be the case?

Looking forward to hearing from you!
