Hi,
We are collecting data from an online form via Jotform and then using that data to create contact in OnePageCRM. So, after the Jotform submission trigger, we are using Find Contact, with option to create new contact if nothing found. However, it's giving an error related to ExternalID as shown in the screenshot below.
Find contact step is working fine if we are just searching the contact.
Can you please guide on how to solve that issue?

If you’re still stuck feel free to share some screenshots as Troy mentioned and we’ll be happy to take a look. Just be sure to blur/remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) using a tool like Zappy.
And if you’ve solved it, would you mind sharing some details of the solution here? This would be super helpful for other members that might be running into that same “externalIdData.value.trim is not a function” error
