I created a Zap for a client that records sales from GHL in Google Sheets. Every so often there is a blank line in the google sheet and a sale is not recorded. From my review it looks like this happens when multiple sales happen at the same time.

Is there a way to space out the action if multiple triggers fire at the same time? Or is there another fix for this?

Hey Kali,

You can use a Delay After Queue Step and add delay. Also you can add a filter step to validate that the data exists.

Hi Troy,

This is the flow. It works well most of the time but then skip a record every 40-80 zaps.

I’m not sure if a delay would work since then the records that came in at the same time would both be released at the same time (if I understand @Mohammad_Shahzaib_Nawaz suggestion).

Thanks for your advice!

@Kali

Zap action: Delay (After Queue)

Waits for a set amount of time after the last delay in a given queue.
Used to deal with race conditions and rate-limiting.
