Hello, I am having some trouble with the agency zoom to Ezlynx connection.
I love that it transfers the information into Ezlynx for new leads when one is created in Agency Zoom.
I am wondering how to still create new leads for existing clients I have in Agency zoom without it creating a whole new profile in Ezlynx for existing clients since they are already in there.
Is anyone familiar with this at all?

You would need to first search for an existing applicant, then use logic to handle whether to create or update.
