How to prevent duplicate cards when a candidate's email receives replies

Hey guys,

I have created a zap that when a new email is added to a certain mailbox is creates a card for new candidates.

I dont know if my settings in my gmail is wrong or my zap.

But if there is replies to that email - it creates 2 cards.

I only ever need it to do one card?

I’m Pavel from Zapier Support and I’m here to assist.

The New Email trigger will trigger for each new email regardless of threading. If you only want to trigger once for the entire thread, switch to the “New Thread” trigger instead.
