Have you installed the Zapier plugin on the site?

Just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on. Was the issue due to the Zapier plugin not being installed, or was there a different cause?

If you’re still having some trouble, can you send over screenshots of any errors you’re seeing when attempting to connect your Wordpress account to Zapier? That will help us to better see what might be causing the issue.
