How to increment the Quote ID in HubSpot forms for better syncing

I defined a custom object property as Quote ID and configured it, but the new record (Quote) created in HubSpot was not found immediately. Instead, I need to find new records manually and map them, as automatic sync is not working.

Also, when attempting manually, sometimes the new record jumps to old objects and is not auto-selected; instead, the old record gets selected.

Note: We are trying this exercise in the Pro trial plan.

Hi @Bharath45

Can you clarify your questions by outlined a specific example for us?

Hi there, @Bharath45 👋

Just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on. Were you able to get the new records seen by the Zap?

If not, is the issue that the HubSpot trigger isn’t pulling through new test records in the correct order? Or is it that the Zap is switched on but failing to trigger for new updates to the Quote ID?

Can you share a screenshot of the Configure section of that New Custom Object Property Change trigger so we can see whether there’s anything there that might be causing some issues? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
