How to get Zapier to recognize Spotify Premium

I am trying to make a Squarespace to Spotify Zap to play a specific playlist when a new order comes through. When I test the Spotify “Start/Resume Playback” step it says “The app returned "Player command failed: Premium required".”

I purchased Premium for this specific purpose after seeing this error, but it still returns the same error. I have tried closing the window and refreshing the cache.

I am on a Microsoft Surface 9, Windows 11, Chrome Browser (all updated to current)

Hi @artistreestaff,

Welcome to the Community.

To troubleshoot issues with your Spotify integration in Zapier, try reconnecting your Spotify account, ensuring your account is upgraded to Premium, and confirming that a device is available and offline mode for the "Start/Resume Playback" action. After checking these, test your Zap again. Remember that changes to your Spotify account may take time to update.
