How to get help with seeing why a Zap workflow is not working

I have been trying to set up a workflow, and it shows as successful, but it isn’t actually updating. I have a complex workflow that is not syncing and completing all the steps even though the test one I had did complete the action. So I know it can work, but it’s not applying to everyone.
