I am trying to create a Zap that will trigger on an order placement. When it does it will create a new SO. Populating an excel template with fields from each product including metafields. I am not able to get any of the meta fields to show up.

It sounds like you're trying to create a sales order in Excel using data from a new order, but the metafields aren't appearing. To troubleshoot, check that the trigger is set to pull all necessary fields and confirm the meta fields are correctly populated in the source data. You may need a Formatter step to convert the metafields into a format Excel can read and ensure your Excel template is appropriately set up to receive them.

Just came across this and wanted to check how things are going on this—were you since able to get the metafields selected? If so, would you be up for sharing some details on how you accomplished that? This could be super useful to others wanting to do the same! 🙏
If not, could you confirm whether the metafields appear in the list of fields output by the Shopify trigger, or is that where they are missing from?
From your screenshots, it looks like you’re passing line item details from Shopify into a Looping action—so is the issue more that the metafields are missing in the Looping step itself, or that they unavailable in the actions inside the loop? Any additional details and/or screenshots you can share to give us more context would be much appreciated.
