Hi
The Zap triggers from NEW GSheet Rows AND from UPDATED GSheet Rows.
You may need to add a Filter as Zap step 2 to only have the Zap Run when the GSheet conditions are met that you want.

Any reason you are not using the available ChatGPT / OpenAI Zap app instead of a custom OpenAI API request?
