How to create/update a company and contact in HubSpot after a HelloAsso payment, and link transactions correctly?

For Company, use this Zap action: HubSpot - Find Company

Enable the checkbox for Create Company if not found.

So the step becomes Find/Create Company.

For Transaction, try this Zap action; HubSpot - Create Associations

Last question for Associations : I tried to do so to create asso between contact and deal created by zapier from Helloasso to Hubspot. I have troubles because I can find the contact ID created by zapier, but not the deal ID created in the step after : the workflow suggests a pick up list directly from the database and not a fields list.
