I am having issues connecting my zapier account to my CMR-Dealer Socket. I can see a connection by the leads coming in but they are not creating a prospect profile. The CRM rep mentions they have to be on a specific format: adf xml. How do i do that?

It sounds like the CRM needs the data in ADF XML format. Zapier doesn’t directly support that, but you can use the Code by Zapier step to format the data into XML. Alternatively, you might need a custom webhook or third-party service to convert it.
I’d also recommend checking with DealerSocket support for the exact format details.
