I am new to zapier and not impressed so far. I have tried connecting to convertkit on two different browsers and only see the platform failing. It is telling me to do something from a dropdown menu when there’s nothing there.
Trying to understand why the system is not filling the dropdown bar?
I am trying to connect my website to store data on zapier and am beginning to regret using something that has so many glitches.

Sorry to hear that your experience with Zapier hasn’t been great so far. I saw that you reached out to our Support team, and it looks like the issue was that you were trying to connect a Kit account that isn’t on a one of their paid plans.
I’ll mark Troy’s reply as the best answer here, since it mentions that a paid Kit plan is required to use their app with Zapier.
