Do you know if it's possible to link Canopy connect after starting with Gail by Lulu (1.1.1), I've managed to go the inverse of what I'm asking without and issues. Canopy connect comes up by name when i search but its greyed out with a no actions tag attached. if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.

If you’re trying to make it so GAIL presents a Canopy link in chat or sends a link within a phone call, you should be able to set that up within GAIL.
Then use either Canopy Connect’s native integrations or Zapier to send the collected insurance data to your CRM or other supported system of record.
