Hello,

I receive two emails per lead from Zapier with the same person’s contact information. 

 

One email has the subject of “New Meta Lead!” and the other email has the subject of “test” but both have the same contact info. 

 

Why is this happening and how can i stop the “Test” Leads from coming through?

Hi Tory! I am new to Zapier and still a little confused on how I can fix this. Do you have any other advice?

Did you check your Zap Runs history details to help you troubleshoot which Zap is creating the “test” vs the non-”test” along with timestamps.

Perhaps you have 2 Zaps ON?

Perhaps you need to add a Filter step to a Zap.

 

For us to have more context, we would need to see screenshots showing:

  • How your Zap Runs are outlined and configured in EDIT mode
  • Data from the DATA IN/OUT for the Zap Runs
