I opened a ticket yesterday in Zapier and would like to follow up, however I do not see the option to view tickets anywhere.

There is no Customer Support portal to view your ticket.

You will have received an email with info about your submitted ticket.

+1 to what Troy mentioned. There is no way for you to access the support tickets in your Zapier account. With that being said, I've submitted this feedback to our internal database, which our product teams use when looking to make improvements and changes to Zapier.
