How can I seek private support for customer Zap issue without sharing use case publicly?

Hi team, a customer of ours is having an issue with a zap action. From our product side. We aren’t able to figure out the issue. We would need some help from Zapier for this. How can i go about figuring a solution for the customer? 

I don’t want to share their usecase publicly since it might lead to spilling private information.
